11/25 (Thursday)
My first thanksgiving holiday in my life was a short boston trip.
Without any plans and ideas (thanks to my two companions decided the tickets and the hotel,
also brought the guide book, because I know nothing about Boston...)
Also, a million thanks for my friend's father's friend's family. I know it's redundant,
but this is the exactly long distance between the relationship.
The first day, we arrived in an airport of New Hampshire.
The weather was so cold, compared to D.C. where I live, it was so cold to me at that time.
But, the coldness became a good cold-resistant training after the real winter comes. Ha~
The family we stayed with are really hospitable, nice and happy people. I so appreciate them!
They took care of three of us a lot.
Needless to say, we alwasy had great and big feasts in every meal there.
Though we only stayed there one night, they treated me as if we were their own daughters,
which was so warm to us ︿( ̄︶ ̄)︿ !
Especially, the aunt is an awesome and great chef.
She made the thanksgiving turkey and lots of delicious chinese dishes,
such as pumpkin-potatoes pie, green tea cookies, roasted ham, and cherry-citron sauce (this one is amazing!!)!
It was so satisfied to have such a "FULL" meal (it's not less than a French meal)
Except the great meal, those dessert were so good and cute too.
Though we didn't spend too much time with the family.
We rushed out at the night just because of taking some christmas decoration pictures.
It was not fun, especially it was only minus 0 something, I haven't had any preparation about such a coldness... =P
I couldn't wait to start my boston journey that night!
