After having a long-tired fly, I arrived in DC safe and sound.
Though I met a weird and sucks custome helper, but the transition was still smooth eventually.
What the fly left me is several bruises and a sore body XD.
Especially my carry-on luggage hitted on me which made flakes of tiny bruises on my ribs. ~"~
Fortunatelly, two Korean guys and one foreign handsome guy helped me with the luggage on the latter way.
(by the way, actually, I took the wrong seat beside the handsome foreign guy by accident =P)
I was almost half hour earlier arriving. (AA's pilots like high-speed driving)
The first few days and nights were involved with non-stop house searching, it drives me impatient sometimes.
However, I got help from friends and found a nice rental eventually, though I haven't moved yet.
The first week was filled with endless orientation/speeches, plus some courses and exams.
Except for those required activities, I went bank few times to settle down some banking problems.
I'm glad to meet some hospitable and wonderful friends(also temporary roommates) who treat me so nice and warm. =)
Without their help, I can't adapt to life here so soon, ex: meals, living. Really appreciate them a lot!
Last Fri. was our program's orientation. We've been told to pre-select our courses under advisor's instruction.
There is no Taiwanese on my class except me, but we have 5-6 Chinese classmates who always gather together since I met them in school.
The course will begin from this Wed.
I hope everything will be on the track soon....and be fine, too.
After all, 15 credits/semester is not a common thing here, =P tense and stressful are the two words I heard most.
I'll try to update life and things asap... but, the prerequisite is I shall have time first. =)
